Engagement
The legal framework governing our technical partnerships with institutions, training centers, and individual users.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by YOKLearn Educational Technology, including but not limited to student portals, CBT platforms, and administrative dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement and all applicable local and international laws.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
YOKLearn guarantees a 99.9% uptime for institutional portals, excluding scheduled maintenance periods. During high-stakes examination windows, we provide priority response protocols to ensure operational continuity.
3. User Conduct \& Security
Users (students, staff, and admins) are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass system security or modify academic records without authorization. Any attempt at "SQL Injection", "Brute Force", or unauthorized data scraping will lead to immediate legal action and institutional reporting.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, and interface designs are the intellectual property of YOKLearn. Institutions are granted a non-exclusive license to use these platforms during the duration of their service contracts.
