Our commitment to protecting institutional and student data through rigorous NDPR and international standards.
1. Data Collection \& Consent
YOKLearn Educational Technology ("we", "us", or "our") collects institutional data solely for the purpose of academic service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, student bio-data, academic records, and staff information. All data collection is performed under the explicit mandate and consent of the partner institution.
2. Information Security
We implement industry-standard cryptographic protocols (AES-256) to protect data both at rest and in transit. Our servers are hosted in secure, ISO-certified environments with 24/7 monitoring. Institutional results are subject to our "Cryptographic Lockdown" protocol to prevent unauthorized modifications.
3. Data Sharing \& Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer student or institutional data to outside parties. Data is only shared with authorized institutional representatives or third-party gateways (e.g., payment providers like Remita) as required for functional operations.
4. NDPR Compliance
In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), all institutions have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their data upon termination of service agreements. We appoint a regular Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee all privacy-related concerns.
